About THE ROLE
The Centre Visual Merchandiser plays a key role in achieving high standards of visual presentation for all brands. Responsibilities include:
- Fully manage the visual proposition for all stores by promoting brand merchandise and delivering an exceptional standard of visual presentation.
- Be aware of sales budgets, mystery shops, VM visits and model store.
- Manage the installation of all window schemes to an excellent standard, and maintain on a daily basis.
- Style all mannequins according to guidelines and local market direction.
- Participate and lead staff meetings, keeping the team updated with moves, direction, and changes.
- Implement and manage brand visual guidelines, ensuring UK-specific direction is considered.
- Monitor and support Store Managers with the money mapping of VM presentation.
- Collaborate with the Outlet VM manager and Store Managers to map floor space and location of collections.
- Support with the planning, delivery, and execution of SALE and Model store guidelines.
- Maintain strong product knowledge regarding merchandise to communicate effectively to customers.
- Support Store Managers in ensuring consistent and accurate replenishment of product on the sales floor.
- Assist in training the store team on visual execution and standards.
- Walk the windows daily to identify product challenges and standards of presentation.
- Collaborate with key department managers to achieve best VM standards for all stores.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to understand planned activity and report back to VM HQ.
- Support the delivery of marketing events in the Village.
- Develop strong relationships with other Village VM managers and contribute to HO VM meetings.
About YOU
- Retail experience with the ability to follow brand guidelines and understand the basics of Visual merchandising.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.
- Creative, commercially aware, and confident decision-maker, communicating with impact across all levels.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and work with pace.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, acting with integrity.
- Strong organization and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
