Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor – Remote in Portugal
We are looking for Dutch speakers to provide high-quality customer service for a leading high-end car brand in Europe.
About the Company

Your Profile
– Dutch proficiency mandatory and fluent English
– Customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
– Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
– Passionate about the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory
Your responsibilities:
– General inquiries on car documentation ( e.g service history)
– Book appointments with a Dealerships and Recall
– Details on dealerships
– Warranty coverage
– Breakdown assistance on location (technician sent to location)
– Recovery assistance (vehicle transported to the dealership)
– Car app utilization, questions, and troubleshooting
