As a Forklift Driver/ Productionworker at Rockwool in Roermond, you will do different tasks in production- and logistics processes. You’ll work in a dynamic warehouse environment where safety, efficiency With flexible hours and a supportive team you’ll have the opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to high-quality standards. Whether full-time or part-time, your work will directly impact the seamless flow of materials and production.
It’s helpful if you tell us which shifts you’re willing or able to work! At Rockwool, we usually work in 5 shifts: from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Production runs continuously, 7 days a week.

What You will do:
- Operate forklifts
- Operating machines and installations
- Packing of stonewol Isolation products or panels.
- Perform quality checks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Driver Productionworker to join our team in Roermond, contributing to efficient and high-quality operations.
- Experience in production or logistics environments.
- Proven forklift experience; certification support available.
- Willingness to work in 5-shift schedules (24/7) or parttime, 8 hours a day
- Strong team collaboration and independent work skills.
- Commitment to safety and maintaining operational standards.
- You can work physically: standing, walking and lifting
- Willingness to perform various tasks
