The Grinder carries out supporting activities of the primary production process with a focus on various processes and machines. This concerns activities such as (visual) grinding.
Employee duties:
Receives and assesses route cards, drawings and instructions and signals any ambiguities.
Checks the condition of the equipment and materials by number and visually for damage and signals deviations to the Team lead.
Ensures personal protective equipment carries out LMRA and takes precautions if necessary.
Sets up equipment according to procedures based instructions.
Provides necessary power tools and operates them according to instructions and procedures.
Registers and scans the work performed.
Visually checks and repairs the workpiece or weld seam for appearance and signals any quality deviations to the Hall Coordinator.
Ensures the correct condition of the hand tools and has them checked if necessary.
Ensures a safe and tidy working environment.

Our company is a pioneer in the field of offshore foundation pipes and delivers quality on time, safely and within the agreed budget. They primarily produces monopiles, transition pieces and piles that are used to anchor jacket foundations in the seabed for offshore wind turbines.

VCA Basis obtained in Dutch, English or German
Driving License B
Language skills in Dutch, English or German

Wage from 16,50 euro/h
Accommodation in single rooms in cost 100 euro/week
Work in shifts:
-morning shift 6:00-14:00
-afternoon shift 14:00-22:00 (paid 128%)
-night shift 22:00-6:00 (paid 135%)
Overtime paid 175%
