About THE ROLE
Our stores are the life and soul of our business. They act as our main touch points with our ever-evolving consumer base. Irrespective of where our consumers eventually make a purchase, our stores are always a window to our great brands. As a result, our stores are paramount; the first-class experience must be a given, and our in-store standards should never be questionable.

Responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
- Responsible for liaising with the stockroom team to request stock replenishment when required.
- Responsible for assisting with the open and closing procedures including cash admin and banking.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and possess successful link selling skills to drive sales.
- Ability to outfit build for customers and make further product recommendations to drive our store KPIs.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with our customers to secure regular clients.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and maintain a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
- Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation, and organization issues are addressed appropriately.
- Show flexibility and innovation when reacting to the changing business environment, especially around peak trade.
- Have a specialist interest in a specific product group and/or a desire to move into a future management role.
