Job Description
Our client, a leading multinational information technology services and consulting company is recruiting for an Implementation Team Leadto join their business in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibility :
Manage the gathering & Analysis of Requirements, including System, Capabilities, Users, Roles, Processes & Data
Ensure Collaboration with various Customer stakeholders and team members and participate in designing optimum solutions for the signed-off requirements.
Manage the Build/configuration / Deployment of the solution as per the agreed design, e.g., configuring base software to meet requirements to support End-to-end process flows, etc.
Manage the testing of solution end-2-end to ensure the built/configured solution works according to design and fulfills all relevant requirements, record defects, track and investigate and resolve defects.
Mandatory Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or Foreign Equivalent required from or relevant, progressive experience in managing teams that implement WMS (Manhattan)/SAP solutions.
5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing WMS/SAP projects, including at least 2 full life cycle implementation projects for a large user base (5K+ users)
Strong background including but not limited to warehouse management and its integration with other software components, i.e., shipping systems, etc.
Strong knowledge of implementing clients via EDI and has XML background.
Ability to transition and communicate from business to technical level and vice versa.
Strong verbal, written, and communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of business.
Ability to be self-sufficient and accomplish project goals with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Experience required – 10 to 15 years
Knowledge of integration with WMS Systems – SAP, TMS, Connect ship, Manhattan, Softeon.
Work with the Technical Team, providing direction and assisting on development and unit testing.
English language proficiency required
