About the Company

Nolan European Logistics is looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Roermond, NL. If you’re passionate about sales and logistics, have a knack for building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Communicate with current and prospective clients to build strong relationships and secure sales bookings.
  • Sales Administration: Accurately process orders in our Transport Planning System, ensuring timely execution according to schedules.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Collaboration: Support and coordinate with colleagues across the Nolan Group offices in the Netherlands, Ireland, UK, Spain, and France.
  • Support: Contribute to team success by assisting other departments as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Solid knowledge of sales, preferably with experience in the international freight, transport, and logistics industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities in Dutch and English; additional languages are a distinct advantage.
  • Negotiation & Decision-Making: Confidence to negotiate and make decisions independently.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt, including occasional overtime to meet business demands.
  • Knowledge of Customs: Familiarity with customs regulations and their practical application; training can be provided.
  • Personality:
    • A team player with perseverance and a problem-solving mindset.
    • Common sense and humour to tackle challenges with a smile.
