We are hiring an Inventory Management Support, to join us as soon as possible. We are proposing a 12-month fixed term contract.

Main Locations of this role will be Venray and Roermond.

Let’s talk about the role:

As the Inventory Management Support, your primary responsibility will be for the day-to-day co-ordination and control of critical Inventory Operations at REO and ECW.

Under Inventory management, the role will be accountable for ensuring the inventory reconciliation between the 3PL Warehouses and the ResMed ERP system is carried out on a daily basis and daily investigations are carried out and actioned so that there is no impact to the end customer/patient. You will be responsible for intercompany transfers between European warehouses.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the inventory reconciliation process between the ResMed ERP System and the 3PL WMS is performed on a daily basis.
  • Pro-actively investigate reconciliation differences and work with the cross-functional teams within ResMed and 3PL to ensure corrective actions are performed in a timely basis.
  • Arranging stock transfers between European warehouses.
  • Monitoring aging, expired, and obsolete stock in European Warehouses.
  • Coordinating the disposal process in European Warehouses.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or similar technical discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience managing inventory control within operations covering both 3PL and in-house operations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and other data analytics tools is a plus.
