Plate Roller
The Plate Roller is responsible for rolling and bonding large size plates into round bodies that fit together to precise tolerances. It concerns serial single-piece production, given that the dimensions of each workpiece are different.
Tasks of the Plate Roller
Receives route cards with instructions and drawings and checks the plate for plate number, matching dimensions and visually for damage.
Controls cooperating assistant roller for the production process.
Enters parameters on the rolling machine based on route cards.
Roll plates according to instructions.
Bond the bodies and cones in the roller according to established bonding procedures.
Calibrates hulls and cones to fit within the specified tolerances.
Registers and scans work performed on the workpiece route cards.
Informs the Hall Coordinator in the event of deviations in quality and dimensions.
Ensures a safe and tidy working environment.

Free accommodation in single rooms
Work in shifts:
-morning shift 6:00-14:00
-afternoon shift 14:00-22:00 (paid 128%)
-night shift 22:00-6:00 (paid 135%)
Overtime paid 175%

Our client is a total solutions provider for design engineering and excellent manufacturing of offshore foundations for wind farms, including logistics and marshalling services. They primarily produces monopiles, transition pieces and piles that are used to anchor jacket foundations in the seabed for offshore wind turbines.
