Principal Consultant – Oracle EBS MFG. SCM (Functional Consultant – Netherlands (Roermond)
Your role
In the role of a Lead or Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Responsibilities
Client relationship management – Managing relationships with client personnel
Requirement’s elicitation, Fit-gap analysis, Solution design, Functional designs, and configurations for SCM and MFG processes on Oracle EBS
Process design, harmonization and standardization, across multiple business units and geographies
Execution and support of functional testing, System Integration & User Acceptance Testing, Production Cut-over and post-production support
Working with and guiding technical teams on development activities like data mapping for integrations and data conversions, designing and testing extensions and reports
Ownership of Quality deliverables, managing and controlling scope of deliverables, tracking deliverables to closure
Review of Solution Design, Functional Specifications and Cross track solutions
Documentation of Process Design, Solution design, Functional Specifications, Configurations, Test scripts, Process SOPs, training material and keeping data updated on Defect tracking and ALM tools
Required
At least + years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS/ Fusion ERP implementation with more than implementation cycle and AMS cycle experience.
Solution Architect or functional lead experience spanning across multiple modules and functional teams.
Strong Functional and Application knowledge, in Oracle EBS R Modules –MFG ( BOM , WIP) , Inv, Costing, OM, PO
Should have hands on implementation experience of Oracle EBS R MFG, INV
Should have experience of designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications
Strong knowledge in Europe Localizations, preferably on Oracle ERP packages
Onsite-Offshore communication and work management
Preferred
Experience in OM, Procurement, WMS
Oracle Certification
PL/ SQL and familiarity with Supply Chain tables for effective consulting
Knowledge of Cloud Web Services, ALM tools (like Panaya, JIRA), Performance testing tools
