Are you the project manager who is able to thrive in the dynamic world of supply chain management?
In this position you are responsible for our larger scale projects within the EMEAI (Europ, Middle East, Africa and India). Projects can vary from large size customer implementations, where we offer our customer high standard and complex supply chain solutions, to support and manage their distribution network in the most effective and efficient way. Together with your partners and colleagues within UPS, you synchronize the efforts to ensure a seamless implementation.

You will be the key contact person for our customers after they award and trust UPS to handle their logistics.

In this position you will manage various types of supply chain and distribution (projects, provides subject matter expertise, and coaches team members and customer-facing counterparts.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans based on customer feedback and assigns tasks to resources to ensure project are completed on time and according to specifications.
- Reviews documents to create work orders outlining solutions to be developed, associated tasks to be performed, and deliverables to be provided.
- Manage project escalations and project scope creep to ensure projects continuity is ensured.
- Obtain approvals from key stake holders to obtain agreement on costs and resources.
- Identifies and works with all affected groups and functions to manage project impact.
- Researches and evaluates industry trends and best practices.
- Report project status to the European Directors team.
- Reports on project status, field resource activity, and training initiatives.
- Manage, coach and guide 2 analysts who will be reporting into you directly.
- Connect and build your network within UPS quick, to ensure you get the right help to maneuver around any roadblocks you might encounter.
