Job Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing and managing inventory levels
  2. Analyze inventory data to identify trends and improve stock management
  3. Prepare regular reports on stock levels, deliveries and materials
  4. Work closely with the sales staff and management to align the stock levels with the demand forecasts
  5. Receive and verify all deliveries of product
  6. Verify the correct uploading/downloading in our system
  7. Organize the product in the stockroom in accordance with the company’s guidelines
  8. Keep the stockroom in order and clean
  9. Organize and manage the return of merchandise at the end of the season
  10. Control and supervise transfers
  11. Participate in store inventories
  12. Implement inventory control systems to optimize stock levels
  13. Oversee the proper labelling and tracking of products
  14. Manage organization of stock in accordance with DG directives and procedures

Candidate Profile:

  1. Self-motivation with a positive and professional attitude
  2. Excellent organizational skills
  3. Attention to detail
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  6. Knowledge of RFID systems will be considered a plus
  7. Strong team player
