STORE MANAGER – ARMANI OUTLET ROERMOND
As experienced Store Manager your main mission is to develop turnover and to optimize retail profitability of the store by respecting the commercial business strategy, internal processes, values, and image of the Armani group.
Responsibilities
Business Developer
- Attract, recruit, develop, retain, and engage customers
- Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor: VIC/VIP relationship
- Supervise sales to ensure customer satisfaction, engagement
- Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and ensure they are achieved
- Analyze the results and implement action plans defined with the headquarters and guarantee follow-up at store level
- Communicate high quality relevant feedbacks and reporting to HQ and/or staff
- Inform the Head of Retail of local events in the outlet and/ or organized by competitors
- Know and monitor business environment including local competition
- Keep relevant with market and fashion trends and communicate this information to the staff
Leader and People Developer
- Scout and recruit store staff and manage the integration into the team
- Oversee staff induction programs ensuring new hires are quickly and efficiently integrated
- Monitor staff training programs to enhance product skills, customer service, CRM, VM, sales technique and stock management
- Manage and motivate staff to increase performance and sales, and to ensure efficiency
- Manage daily morning briefs enhancing staff animation, motivation, and commitment
- Carry out staff performance valuation and suggest personal development programs (talent management)
Brand Promotor
- Promote the culture of the brand internally and externally
- Highly aware of-and taking into consideration- everything concerning customers of the store (footfall typology, VIC profiles, etc.)
- Ensure excellence in the sales rituals as per company policy, supervising customer service (presales, aftersales) and relationship building (loyalty). Professionally manage customer complaints
- Ensure impeccable aesthetics in the store (furniture, technical equipment, lights, etc.) requesting any needed technical maintenance
- Ensure impeccable internal visual and windows display following VM guidelines
- Together with offices in charge, suggest and adopt sales strategies, CRM and marketing plans aimed at increasing revenues. Ensure smooth events and provide feedback on results to relevant offices
Process Manager
- Observe and apply company policies and procedures ensuring that all directives are observed in store (including health and safety regulations, loss prevention, HR policy, cash management)
- Oversee management of warehouse space and ensure availability of the full range of items in the collection (granting quick access to core categories). Monitor warehouse spaces dedicated for example to repairs, packaging, VM tools and products for in-house use
- Maintain organization of administrative responsibilities (sales reports, petty cash, shipping records, vendor records, HR records etc.) and supervise cash procedures and regulations.
- Take an active role in inventory
- Put current processes in practice and test them with continuous improvement approach, providing relevant feedback
- If requested manage cash operations
Qualifications
- Relevant retail management experience (at least 5 years)
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Strong customer management abilities, service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
