Store Manager – Guess Designer Outlet Roermond (38 hours/week)
For ourGuess Designer Outlet Store in Roermond, we are looking for aresults-driven and inspiring Store Manager with strong leadership skills and a commercial mindset.
Your mission:
As Store Manager, you are the face of the store and the driving force behind your team. You ensure every customer enjoys the fullGuess experience , while coaching your team to consistently deliver top performance.
Your responsibilities:
- Achieving and exceeding store targets and KPIs
- Leading, coaching, and developing the team (people management)
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Working hands-on on the shop floor when needed
- Monitoring stock levels and replenishment
- Analyzing sales performance and acting on data
- Handling scheduling and administrative duties
- Managing inventory processes
- Creating a positive and motivating work environment
You bring:
- At least 5 years of retail experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Proven experience in people management
- Strong numerical insight and commercial thinking
- Stress resilience and a problem-solving attitude
- A hands-on mentality and willingness to step in
- Flexibility and a positive mindset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
