You are studying Human Resources, Law, or a similar field.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Dutch is a plus.
Strong communication skills and able to collaborate across the organization.
Able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities
As an HR intern, you will support the HR department and report directly to the HR manager. During this internship, your primary focus will be ensuring compliance with GDPR legislation. This is a challenging internship where flexibility, independence, and insight are key.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations by developing guidelines and providing advice and protocols to the HR department.
Prepare documentation and training materials for end-users on effective GDPR compliance.
Train and coach end-users on GDPR rules and processes.
Conduct internal HR audits regarding GDPR processes.
Support the documentation of other processes within the department.
Assist with special projects determined in consultation.
