For one of the most relevant locations in our European outlet network – Roermond Diesel Outlet – we are currently looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic TEAM LEADER.

The role will be responsible for driving the team to succeed in the company’s goals.

The candidate we are looking for will be responsible for effective organization of the team and successful management of the product, with a specific focus on leading the staff. As Team Leader, he/she will play an important role in leading, creating the right culture, developing and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and to convey the proper image of our extraordinary brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the team on your floor/in your department to transform each client experience into special moments by creating a hand-crafted experience.
  • Responsible for achieving the commercial targets through efficient and effective organization of the team and successful management of the product.
  • Contribute to improving commercial performance through numerical analysis of sales and stocks, product rotation, and supervision of replenishment and visual equipment.
  • Lead a high-performing client-facing and service-oriented team.
  • Coach and provide feedback to the team as necessary to ensure all clients receive the highest standard of experience.
  • Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside the team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience.
  • Create a long-term, authentic bond with your colleagues by fostering growth, listening with respect and inclusion.
  • Support the Store Manager in driving the store strategy to achieve the best sales performance. Actively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales.
  • Demonstrate best-in-class sales and self-leadership by actively engaging on the selling floor to provide excellent customer service and develop meaningful client relationships through CRM initiatives.
  • Guarantee efficiency and effectiveness at floor level in terms of clienteling, display, merchandise, cleanliness, grooming, etc., taking action to solve problems with positive outcomes.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in Dutch.
  • Previous experience in fashion/luxury retail.
  • Experience in training the team, empowering, and motivating them.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused.
  • Strong attention to detail.
