From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, we are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager on behalf of one of our clients, a fast growing Premium Performance Sports Brand, for their store in Roermond.

Job description:

  • Drive sales, profitability, and key store objectives
  • Recruit, hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team
  • Analyze daily sales trends to make strategic decisions
  • Manage payroll and scheduling to optimize productivity
  • Oversee merchandising and maintain organized, appealing store presentation
  • Ensure compliance with loss prevention standards and audits
  • Gain experience across key areas: Talent, Visuals, Operations
  • Support omni-channel initiatives and promotional campaigns
  • Foster team engagement and development; recognize and address performance issues
  • Communicate priority issues to management and collaborate on solutions
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales results through regular KPI analysis
  • Knowledge of CRM processes and clienteling techniques
  • Customer-focused with a strong service orientation
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch. German is a plus.
