About the role.

As a Customer Operations Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring smooth cooperation between customers, internal teams, and external partners. You are responsible for managing operational agreements and coordinating logistics activities from start to finish. This includes organizing transport, monitoring timelines, and ensuring that all administrative and regulatory requirements are met.

The position is fast-paced and varied, offering daily exposure to international processes and stakeholders. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where accuracy, flexibility, and proactive problem-solving are essential.   • What you are going to do?

  • Manage customer orders throughout the entire operational cycle, from initation to delivery;
  • Act as a central contact for internal teams regarding logistics processes, documentation, and compliance matters;
  • Plan and coordinate international transport activities;
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of operational documents and invoicing;
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, logistics partners, and service providers;
  • Contribute actively to continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team;
  • Identify and resolve minor operational issues, delivery deviations, and claims.

    What does our client expect from you?

  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree;
