As a Customer Service Travel Agent, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and guide clients through their travel bookings to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Your proficiency in Dutch will be essential in communicating effectively and building strong relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with travel bookings, changes, and cancellations
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality
- Stay informed about travel products, policies, and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to relocate to Greece
- Flexibility and adaptability to new challenges and environments
