In the weeks
leading up to late May, you’ll work flexibly on open shifts. From
late May onwards, you’ll move into a fixed full‑time 5‑shift
rotation. A smooth start, immediate income, and long‑term

As a forklift driver, you are a key
link in the logistics process. Thanks to you, everything runs
safely, efficiently and on
time.
Your duties
include:
- Moving and
stacking pallets using a forklift - Checking
orders and performing simple quality
checks - Preparing products for
shipment - Supporting light production
tasks - Working closely with colleagues in a safe
and friendly environment

days! Your work alternates between forklift driving and production
tasks, keeping your job dynamic and
engaging.
Shift

ROCKWOOL operates in the
following shifts:
- 07:00 –
15:00 - 15:00 – 23:00
- 23:00 –
07:00
Until late May: flexible
deployment on open shifts
From late May: fixed
full‑time 5‑shift schedule(Early, early, late, late, night, night –
followed by 4 days off)
This way, you can earn
immediately while transitioning calmly into your permanent
schedule.
Functie-eisen
✅
Experience as a forklift driver
✅ A valid
forklift certificate (or willingness to obtain/renew
one)
✅ Good command of Dutch, German or
English
✅ Available for full‑time work (flexible
availability before late May is a plus)
✅ Willing
to work in a 5‑shift system
