As an Inventory Controller at UPS, you are responsible for the stock in our entire UPS warehouse. Together with the team you ensure our customers are optimally served at all times. What you’ll do:
- Analyze and optimize the stock in our warehouse.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate orders as necessary.
- Receive stock and manage invoicing.
- Organize daily stock checks and proactively scan system inventories.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventories.
- Communicate regularly with team leaders, the warehouse manager, and the purchasing department.
- Deliver daily management reports and arrange regular employee meetings to discuss count results and process improvements.

What you’ll need:
- A degree, preferably in logistics or administration, or comparable work experience within the logistics industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- A structured working attitude with strong prioritization skills.
- Great communication skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues.
- Fluency in English; additional fluency in Dutch is a plus.
