From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, we are currently looking for a Supervisor on behalf of one of our clients, a fast growing Premium Fashion Brand, for their store in Roermond.
Job description:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the store or department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
- Lead, coach, and support the team, providing training and ongoing feedback to maintain high customer service standards
- Manage stock levels and inventory control, including replenishment and coordination of orders
- Ensure all products are merchandised, priced, and presented in line with brand guidelines
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs, adjusting staff planning and floor coverage when needed
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of motivating, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
- Results-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze KPIs and translate insights into concrete actions to drive sales performance
- Strong focus on customer experience, ensuring high service standards at all times
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English
- Dutch ang german is a plus
