- Maintain visual presentation standards aligned with division philosophy

- Assist in recruiting, training and developing Sales Associates
- Develop proficiency in operational policies and procedures

- Supervise cash register area for awareness and accuracy
- Motivate and develop associates to meet goals

- Follow divisional dress code and professional conduct
- Support management decisions and store goals
- Execute cash register functions per policy
- Maintain accurate paperwork
- Follow Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program
- Handle non-selling tasks (shipping, inventory counting, price changes)
- Maintain knowledge of store merchandise, POS, and stockroom organization
- Execute markdowns, re-merchandising, and divisional marketing directives
- Interpret floor plans and maintain detailed displays
