Functieomschrijving

In this role as a Financial Accountant within the Finance team, you’ll be responsible for managing and controlling costs across different business areas. You’ll provide crucial support to various stakeholders, ensuring accurate financial records in a complex global setting. Your knack for organization and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in navigating the dynamic nature of the job within a large international organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Scrutinizing and pre-assigning purchase invoices.

Conducting monthly expense assessments for business segments and cost centers.

Ensuring accurate allocation of periodic expenses.

Assisting in monthly and annual financial closures.

Overseeing and managing the technical aspects of internal order cost recording.

Initiating and overseeing purchase order creation.

Managing reconciliation and invoicing for Intercompany balances.

Supervising and maintaining compliance with the Working Cost Scheme.

Monitoring and managing assorted email inboxes.

Are available between 32-40 hours per week;

Hold an MBO degree in the financial sector;

Have at least 3 years experience;

Knowledge of SAP would be prefarable;

Have a good command of the English language; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

Receive a salary between €2800 and €3200, depending on your experience;
