Dolce&Gabbana is looking for a Sales Assistant / Client Advisor in both part-time or fulltime to join our team in Roermond Outlet. Reporting directly into our Store Manager, the Sales Assistant will be in charge of:
Main activities and responsibilities :
– Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
– Advise customers on the entire luxury Dolce&Gabbana collection
– Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
– Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines
– Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
Key requirements & competencies
– Fluency in English and Dutch. Other languages such as German are considered a plus
– Relevant experience in luxury retail or similar industry
– Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
– Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
– Strong team player
